"THE DILBERT PRINCIPLE" & WHY IT IS EFFECTING US TODAY!

Reading the article "The Dilbert Principle" made me think about the higher positions in companies and the economic mess we are in today. If you do not know, "The Dilbert Principle" is a cartoon and another way of saying that companies have given pathetic, not talented, and just plain idiots job positions that they do not deserve. Whether people want to believe it or not this is the exact reason we are in this economic mess. Unqualified people are being given job titles that able them to make decisions that effect everyone. For instance, greedy and amateur loan officers have gave people a loan greater than they can afford. In doing this it makes the people file bankruptcy, then the bank looses money, and then the other people who have shares in the bank suffer from it. All concluding to an economic mess.
However, there is a second reason to seeing how these people get the job positions they do not qualify for. In America we live by a code.
1. Go to school.
2. Get a degree.
3. Get a job.
4. Fuck someone over to get promoted.
5. Look good while you are doing it.
This code is another reason America is falling more and more in trouble. The people who fuck the other person over is only getting the job because of political or manipulating pull. In doing this the best decisions will not be made and the company as a whole will suffer.
Today we live in a foolish time. People are having to suffer from others mistakes, and it all starts from one idiot reaping the benefits he does not deserve. "The Dilbert Principle" is not just a cartoon anymore it has become away of life here in America, thus giving us the outcome we have today.
